CMKG KEEPS GROWING & EXPANDING! 

    SUE NICHOLLS (CPSA), President

Sue started her career at Procter & Gamble, leading the Canadian Category Management team, and eventually consulting on the global Category Management team. She observed a pattern around the lack of foundational knowledge in the field and began designing foundational training for category management professionals. In 2005, Sue launched Category Management Knowledge Group, dedicated to providing targeted training solutions for individuals and organizations.

    MICHELLE PATTERSON (CPSA), Director of Training & Development

Michelle began her career path at Procter & Gamble, where she gained combined expertise in the interconnecting areas of category management, trade marketing, sales, and corporate training. She joined the team at Category Management Knowledge Group in 2009, combining her strengths in category management, training, and facilitation, and empowering clients to realize their category management strategic objectives.

    TY SNAITH (CPCM), Director of Student Services

Ty also began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he gained significant sales experience in retail sales, key accounts, and then in account management. He then worked at Nestle as an account manager for Safeway. Ty joined the team at Category Management Knowledge Group in 2006, bringing with him significant experience in category management and sales. He leads CMKG’s student support team, responsible for coaching and teaching students as they complete their custom CMKG training programs.  If you have a hard time understanding any aspect of your training, Ty will help coach you through it.

    SHELLEY FOX (budding CPCA), Implementation Manager

Shelley has helped CMKG to roll out their most recent state-of-the-art eLearning platform.  Shelley has developed structure and processes for our corporate clients, creates a custom plan based on each client's unique needs, and works with the key stakeholders to ensure that all of their training requirements are being met.  

    CHELLE AHUMADA (budding CPCA), Student Administrator

Chelle is one of the newest members of our team, in a new role at CMKG.  Chelle is responsible for making each individual student's experience in CMKG's eLearning center a positive one!   Although you may not speak her to directly, she's the one ensuring that the "behind the scenes" maintenance, communications and updates are being handled efficiently and effectively.   

    JODI HOUSTON (budding CPCA), Marketing Specialist

Jodi is another new member to our team.  She is responsible for managing marketing strategies, coordinating communication projects, staying on top of social networking and media, and looking for new marketing opportunities.

    JANICE SABOURIN, Technical Writer & Support Specialist

Janice works internally with the team to ensure that communications are effective and consistent across the organization.
